The clients were uncertain about the suitability of the site for their desired house. However, Studiomove Architects’ initial design, based on their requirements for a passive house with a great aesthetic, convinced them to proceed.

The new house fits in with the surrounding houses but has a surprising, enclosed courtyard. It features a zinc roof with high-level windows and photovoltaic panels, a centrally positioned kitchen, high-performance windows, and beautiful materials.
