BUILD magazine is delighted to once again open submissions for the Facilities Management Awards 2022, recognising the cream of the crop from the global Facilities Management industry.
Launched in 2016, the Facilities Management Awards are devoted to celebrating the businesses and organisations which ensure our offices, sites and premises around the world are well-maintained, safe, and operating at peak performance.
Despite the trend towards remote working that the pandemic has encouraged, modern offices and workspaces with long-term tenants remain highly sought after by investors. Efficient and experienced FM businesses remain essential to the successful function of the business community. Plus, with an increased emphasis on hygiene in response to Covid-19, our hygienists, cleaners, and caretakers are crucial for ensuring the health and happiness of our workforce.
Whether you provide services within the hard or soft areas of facilities management, BUILD welcomes nominations from all corners of this vast industry. Recognised sectors include FM Consultancy, Grounds and Building Maintenance, Commercial Cleaning and Catering, Property Management, Pest Control, Specialist Software, Data and Document Management, IT Recycling, and more. In addition, we intend to recognise those who are engaged within related fields like Recruitment, Training or Inspections, key players in supporting this proactive industry.
This year we at BUILD are determined to raise the profile of each and every celebrated awardee. With a unique opportunity to promote their brand across a global readership, each winner in the Facilities Management Awards 2022 has the chance to utilise the BUILD platform to share their news with our highly engaged audience.
All applicants are welcome to provide further materials in support of their nomination – case files, product samples and media packs are all accepted but are not mandatory. In a process which can take up to 8 weeks, our experienced research team perform extensive research and fact-checking using publicly available information alongside any further materials supplied to determine this year’s winners.
Naturally, our awards work on the bases of merit and quality, not upon the number of votes received or size of your institution. To ensure all candidates receive the attention they deserve, we reward parties based on their reputation, commitment, innovation, determination, and contribution to their industry.
So, if your organisation or a business you know goes consistently above and beyond, then please apply using the voting form above. If you would like further information on how you can get involved or our processes, please reach out to Awards Co-ordinator Emma Pridmore via the channels below.
Nominees are gained via our online nomination form, those nominating are BUILD magazine subscribers, our online visitors, social media following, clients and our wider circulation.
Those putting forward nominees are welcome to nominate their own firm, colleagues within their firm and of course third party businesses.
BUILD magazine is part of the digital publishing house AI Global Media, the publishers put forward nominees for consideration.
All those who formally accept their nomination are asked if they would like to submit material for further consideration as supporting evidence. This is by no means mandatory.
Items we consider are the materials supplied by nominees, information on those nominated businesses available online and any information supplied with the original nomination.
Our research team, who are highlighted below, will assess all information presented to them.
The team gather information independently from a number of publicly available sources, they assess the material supplied by the nominees and by those who put them forward originally.
The research team will cast their final judgment based on various criteria including client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, client feedback and business performance.
Once winners have been determined each winner will be contacted directly.
Detail of award winners will be embargoed until BUILD magazine make the announcement publicly via the website and award winners’ magazine.
To all those who are lucky enough to be selected as winners we offer a number of products and services to assist in gaining maximum exposure for your win, details of which can be found HERE.
We also encourage all of our winners to publicly announce their win independently.
Announcements via company websites, social media channels, via publicly released press releases, and through local and national press are a great way of really maximising the exposure gained from such an amazing achievement. For advice on how to gain maximum exposure from your win please get in touch, we will be more than happy to assist.
