Client Care & Operational Excellence Award 2026 - Sardinia
RENTAL12 is an owner-operated collection of 37 design-led apartments and villas in Olbia and Golfo Aranci, North Sardinia. Founded in 2021 by Floriana Panvini Rosati and Kristina, we own and run every property ourselves: no middlemen, no call centres, just one local team on call 24/7. Our luxury line AZULIS brings Italian design, original art, and sea-view villas to the coast. Rated 4.9 from 2,000+ 5 star reviews.
