Let’s Talk Trash is qathet Regional District’s (qRD) Waste Reduction Education Program. Since 2011, LTT has consulted with the qRD to develop and implement innovative initiatives to move the Powell River community toward Zero Waste. Our programs include:

Advising and facilitating Zero Waste events.

Administering shoreline and illegal dumping clean ups.

Waste reduction, recycling & composting campaigns (public & private sectors).

Consulting for the coming Resource Recovery Centre – a project to reclaim an old incinerator site and transform it into a reuse centre, recycling hub, and waste reduction education centre for the community.
