The luxury villas designed by Sciacca International Projects house vehicles within their structures, giving owners direct access to the private racetrack from their living quarters.

The project extends across 300 to 500 hectares depending on the version, and comes in four residential configurations, each tailored to varying needs and levels of exclusivity.

The ultra-luxury version includes only 10 standalone villas of approximately 5,000 square meters each, accommodating up to 60 vehicles over multiple levels, with internal infrastructure that allows direct transit.

Each villa features a private helipad, integrated within its grounds, ensuring maximum accessibility and discretion.

Other configurations include 30, 60, and 120 villas, all equipped with individual helipads and exclusive clubhouse access, maintaining consistent quality and luxury standards. The track comprises a land-based section hosting the main straightaway with the start/finish line, and a floating section extending across the sea via curves, chicanes, and straight segments, offering absolute design freedom and layouts impossible to replicate elsewhere.

Transition bridges, designed with cutting-edge engineering, ensure smooth and safe vehicle movement between land and floating platforms.

The land zone houses all the essential infrastructure for race execution: pit boxes, paddocks, media rooms, medical centre, race control, and hospitality spaces.

Elevating the spectator experience is the extraordinary floating architecture: floating grandstands with panoramic views, floating restaurants and hospitality lounges, floating helipads, vast floating entertainment zones, a floating concert stage, and the exclusive Yacht Hospitality.

Additionally, a fleet of dedicated yachts positioned along the circuit provides privileged viewpoints and luxury services during the event.

Covered Circuit: the first fully enclosed and climate-controlled racetrack, designed to operate in all weather conditions.

In addition to the track, the interior houses grandstands, hotels, wellness centers, restaurants, conference halls, a motorsport museum, educational environments, laboratories, hospitality zones, media facilities, and spaces for advanced technical training.
