BUILD Campaign Name 2023 Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay Continues Strong Residential Sales Momentum Following Construction Announcement Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, a luxury residential and resort community, is set to open along the famed Grace Bay Beach in late 2025. The property will debut as the first Hyatt property on the island and will be comprised of two buildings, the 59-key luxury resort and the 74-unit Andaz-branded residences. "Andaz Turks & Caicos will mark a significant milestone for Hyatt as the first Andaz property and Andaz branded residences in the Caribbean," said Nina Garrison, Director, Global Brands and Residential Strategy. "We are excited about this property and adding a new destination in a new market for World of Hyatt members, guests and private homeowners to explore and enjoy the amenities Andaz Turks & Caicos will offer. We look forward to introducing a vibrant, immersive hotel and residential experience to the island in 2025." The property's residential sales remain incredibly strong, doubling since early August with 40% of total inventory sold and just over $50 million in sales to-date. Buyers are taking advantage of this rare investment opportunity in the booming Caribbean market with three penthouse listings now sold, including the project's crown jewel, an $8 million, four-bedroom corner unit. "We have seen an increase in demand since starting construction this summer," said Robert Greenwood, Director and Partner of Regency, Christie's International Real Estate. "The new Andaz residences bring a rare opportunity to the area, which is already a top vacation destination. Now is a great time to be investing in Turks and Caicos and this project has a range of unit sizes and price points, giving many different buyers the opportunity to enter the market." The resort's 73 residences are priced from $500,000, ranging from the 580-square-foot oceanfront studio to the 6,411-square-foot four-bedroom penthouse. The design-forward residences feature beachfront living juxtaposed by electric and modern interior design embracing the locale of Grace Bay. The last available two-bedroom oceanfront penthouse, priced at $3.5M is an exceptional opportunity for buyers, offering a spacious rooftop terrace, sweeping views across turquoise water, butler service, and five-star amenities at owners' fingertips. The rooftop terrace is the highlight of this unique villa-in-thesky with panoramic views from the plunge pool, sunning area, trellised dining and lounge area, and summer kitchen. Owners will enjoy access to all services and amenities of the resort, including worldclass dining options at three restaurants and bars, pickleball and tennis courts, an indoor/ outdoor spa, yoga and fitness facilities, dedicated luxury concierge services and more. The resort will also feature a Kids' Club, which will be located near the main pool with custom programing focusing on learning and discovery of the island's natural attributes. In collaboration with RAD Architecture and Modus Operandi, Andaz Residences Turks & Caicos will be inspired by the tranquil waters, golden tones, and stunning coral reefs for which Grace Bay Beach is known. The Caribbean's cultural legacy is a melting pot of African, European, and, occasionally, Asian influences, all of which will be incorporated into the design of the residences. The Spanish porcelain tile flooring tile will evoke the look of a unique cement style floor, and the high design accent wall coverings will provide a layer of color, texture, and bold patterns over a simple palette of natural materials and hues. Furnishings, art, and decorative objects throughout each residence will be locally sourced. For seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living, the homes will feature custom floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall hurricane-proof sliding glass doors and windows. Each residence is integrated into the resort, offering the conveniences of turnkey hotel living. Owners have the option to put residences into a rental pool as part of the hotel's nightly rental inventory, with operations managed by Hyatt. Easily accessible, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will be located just off Leeward Highway, a short 15-minute drive from Providenciales International Airport. 5 All-new subcompact product lines designed to help small contractors knock out more work with less labor. CASE Construction Equipment is launching an all-new lineup of mini track loaders and small articulated loaders, giving small contractors construction-grade muscle to knock down more jobs faster and more profitably than ever before. Making their first appearance at Equipment Expo in Louisville, Kentucky, October 18-20, 2023, the new product lines from CASE will highlight how landscapers and other small contractors can overcome labor challenges and get more done with right-sized machines. The new stand-on TL100 mini track loader, hitting equipment yards this fall, will offer crews a powerful attachment platform in a compact, easy-to-maneuver and easy-totransport machine. And the new line of six small articulated loaders — including a telescopic model available this fall and an all-electric model launching in early 2024 — will give contractors a wide variety of options and power ranges to meet their unique challenges. Both product lines bring a new level of power and flexibility to small machines so contractors can tackle more jobs with less manual labor. "We're continuing to transform the way work gets done with new, smaller machines that leverage all the weight and power of a global, full-line manufacturer that's more than 180-years strong." says Ryan Anderson, product manager, MTL/SAL, CASE Construction Equipment. "The new mini track loaders and small articulated loaders will help contractors of any size reduce tedious labor, minimize their footprint and upsize the amount of work they can get done with a pickup truck and a trailer." New Mini Track Loader Brings More Maneuverability and Muscle to Small Jobs With an operating capacity of 1,000 pounds and a super compact profile that can easily maneuver through yard gates, tree groves and other tight areas, the new TL100 mini track loader gives contractors a powerful, cost-effective option for upleveling productivity on small jobs. The 24-horsepower machine also features a 14-pin electrical connector and a Common Industry Interface for maximum attachment flexibility and performance. With over 40 attachment options available, the TL100 can handle the work of multiple laborers on jobs like digging, earth moving, setting fence posts, grappling brush and grading. "It's a massive upgrade from a shovel and wheelbarrow," says Anderson. "The power, attachment flexibility and full set of premium features on this machine give teams everything they need to get more work done with fewer hands." The CASE TL100 comes with a lower cost of ownership than the typical machine, and thanks to its compact size, this stand-on machine is easy to transport from site to site, easy to get on and off, and causes minimal disruption to the ground. And the construction-grade build brings a new level of toughness and power to subcompact equipment, empowering crews to work more efficiently than ever with less manual work. CASE Delivers More Range, Reach and Flexibility with New Line of Small Articulated Loaders Starting at Equipment Expo and into 2024, CASE will release six new small articulated loaders to help contractors of all sizes meet their toughest challenges on tight jobsites. With power ranges from 24 to 74 horsepower, operating capacity from 1,500 to more than 3,000 pounds, options for diesel or fully electric, and a full range of more than 110 powerful attachments, CASE small articulated loaders are some of the most versatile machines on the market. "When it comes to attachments on our small articulated loaders, we're giving contractors a whole arsenal of tools to handle almost any task," says Anderson. "But the versatility doesn't stop there. We designed these machines with common industry couplers so contractors can also leverage a wide range of CASE and non-CASE attachments." Several CASE small articulated loaders, including the SL12TR model releasing this fall, feature a telescopic arm to provide an extra-long reach for loading trucks or moving material into tough-to-reach places. And where lifting capacity is a priority, CASE will offer more rugged models with traditional Z-bar loader linkage that can handle heavier loads. CASE is also launching the all-electric SL22EV that delivers the same power as its diesel counterparts and can be fully charged in one hour. This electrified machine provides a low noise, zero-emissions solution for getting work done in a broader range of environments — whether it's indoor work where air quality is paramount or a close-quarter residential neighborhood where contractors need to keep noise levels down. "We've designed this new generation of machines with intention and practical innovation so that contractors of any size can crush it on the jobsite and grow their business," says Anderson. "The new small machines we're launching at Equip Expo will be invaluable to landscapers, arborists, nurseries and others." CASE will show these new models at Equipment Expo in Louisville, Kentucky October 18-20, 2023, booth 7216 in the exhibit facility and booth 7546D in the outdoor demo area. 7 Now, more than ever, keeping you and your employees safe is beyond essential. In order to maintain a hygienic environment, companies find themselves in dire need of assistance. And who better to help than a cleaning company that is determined to provide clients with the services that they deserve? Awardwinning Preferred Cleaning Service is one such company. Specialising in the commercial cleaning of industrial factories, large hotels, and commercial spaces, Preferred Cleaning Service has defined itself as the US’s penultimate collective for every cleaning need. Established in 2015, and backed by over 30 years of cleaning experience, Preferred Cleaning Service is a specialist in getting the job done right. Following the world’s emergence from the COVID-19 pandemic – and the devastating impact that it had on a multitude of industries – there has been an outcry for quality cleaning services that are able to perfectly balance cost and quality in order to ensure a healthy working environment. In response to this call to action, Preferred Cleaning Service honed its services, streamlined its focus, and set out to be the go-to for any commercial company’s cleaning needs. No matter how large the space, Preferred Cleaning Service will deploy its team of highly skilled professionals to deliver an unmatched quality of cleaning. After all, brilliance is what every client deserves. As expected, having been operating for two years shy of a decade, Preferred Cleaning Service has seen many changes since its inception. Once, there was a time where it would take any client, so long as there was pay to be had afterwards. This mindset wasn’t particularly a negative one, but it found the company slightly stifled; its potential yet to be fully realised. Though Preferred Cleaning Service values the customers that assisted it in achieving the award-winning position that it finds itself in today, it is overjoyed to finally able to place a resolute focus on clients whose core values align with its own. It’s thanks to this intrinsic harmony, forged from a mutual outlook of the world, that Preferred Cleaning Service has coalesced such a stable client base. After all, its values truly are ones to be revered. Starting with its most defining quality, Preferred Cleaning Service goes above and beyond to give back. Put simply, Preferred Cleaning Service has committed itself to offering whatever it can, wherever it can. Whether this manifests itself through helping the homeless, working with a multitude of charities, or helping children in poverty, Preferred Cleaning Service recognises the need for a societal shift in the way such individuals are treated, and is wholly dedicated to giving back to those who need it the most. As opposed to flaunting its status as an award-winning cleaning company, it instead focuses on redirecting this attention towards struggling communities – a trait that truly exemplifies everything that Preferred Cleaning Service stands for. It does what it does for the betterment of others, in a world where profit is often all that matters. Such a sentiment is simply beautiful, and beyond admirable. However, the wider community isn’t the only one that benefits from Preferred Cleaning Service’s incredibly kind nature. Built on the foundations of care, transparency, and authenticity, Preferred Cleaning Service’s internal culture is one of unapologetic togetherness. It has long since fostered an open environment – one where employees feel as though they can talk to whoever, whenever they may need to – and, as such, has secured itself a healthy workforce that feels listened to and cared for on a genuine level. Preferred Cleaning Service recognises that it is only as strong as its team, and therefore goes out of its way to empower and uplift every individual under its company’s name. As expressed by Preferred Cleaning Service’s founder, “We have such a fabulous team! I feel so blessed!”. Truly, Preferred Cleaning Service is a collective that values each and every individual that it interacts with. Be it clients, colleagues, or the wider community, Preferred Cleaning Service goes out of its way to uphold a level of respect that isn’t often witnessed from larger companies. At its heart, Preferred Cleaning Service maintains a humble nature, despite its overwhelming professionalism, leading to an amicable collective of individuals who are each striving for excellence in every aspect of the word. Not only are clients cared for, but staff are actively encouraged to flourish in their own personal ways, all whilst local communities are avidly supported. Though it seems too good to be true, Preferred Cleaning Service somehow manages to balance all of these aspects perfectly, defining it as a unique entity within the industry. At its core, Preferred Cleaning Service is a cleaning company that’s dedicated to protecting its clients’ employees, completely eliminating the danger of poor hygiene throughout large commercial buildings. Its disinfecting practises are second to none, allowing it to completely remove the pressure from its clients to see to the cleaning themselves. Instead, Preferred Cleaning Service is on-hand to assist in upholding an attractive workspace that both looks and feels incredibly well maintained. Through utilising modern technology and emerging techniques, Preferred Cleaning Service has redefined what it means to be a cleaning company. It has an in-depth understanding of the practises best suited for each job, and it’s able to flawlessly adapt to meet any requirement. No matter how stubborn the grime, it will devise a solution that’ll leave surfaces sparkling and bacteria free. In short, Preferred Cleaning Service knows exactly what it’s doing, and will utilise all of the latest procedures to bring new life to any commercial space. Being thorough is second nature to this dedicated collective – something that truly allows it to shine among its competitors. Preferred Cleaning Service is unique in a variety of ways. Be it its female founded and owned nature, its broad variety of capabilities, or its unapologetic love for helping those surrounding it, Preferred Cleaning Service demonstrates a brilliance that extends beyond its services. Every individual involved with the collective has displayed an unshakable motivation to do what’s right, all whilst maintaining a level of quality that’s simply second to none. BUILD Q4 2023 10 Founded in 1963, M.K. Plastics is a global leader in the production of industrial and commercial blowers, fans, and ventilation systems. The company is a family-based business committed to a meticulous and responsible work ethic. The brand offers a broad range of quality, corrosion-resistant products. Its innovative ventilation technologies are patented in several countries and are AMCA-Certified for air and sound performance. M.K. Plastics is dedicated to providing the highest quality fans and systems in the industry and delivering superior engineering support. Air Technology Manufacturer of the Year 2023 - Canada In 1963, Mel Cooper, the founder of M.K. Plastics, was completing mechanical contracting and higher-end ventilation systems when he was approached by McGill University in Montreal to fabricate PVC ductwork. Over 45 years ago, little was known about PVC in Canada and the United States. Mel persisted and created the ducting, quickly becoming an expert in thermoplastics. When customers required a corrosive-resistant fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) fan and ducting, the company was able to meet their requirements. M.K. Plastics went on to become the first manufacturer in North America to fabricate FRP fans. Fibre Reinforced Plastic fans are typically used to capture, move, clean, and vent corrosive fumes. FumeScrubber systems utilise FRP fans due to a high humidity, wet corrosive environment. Galvanising and etching processes also use FRP fans for the exhaust. Waste water treatment plants, laboratory exhausts, and chemical-laden industrial processes operate in very demanding conditions and rely on special materials, like fibreglass, to withstand these corrosive conditions. Continuing its revolutionary work, M.K. Plastics was also the first to construct a fiberglass centrifugal fan and achieve AMCA certification for the fan’s sound and air performance. The company transformed the industry by creating a patented pressure control system for laboratory exhaust applications. Today, it is the only company on the market to provide an entire range of AMCA-Certified fibreglass products: low, medium, and high-pressure centrifugal fans and blowers; wall-mounted ventilators and exhausters; high-plume dilution exhaust fans; fiberglass bypass plenums; and a wide range of fiberglass control, balancing and backdraft dampers. M.K. Plastics concentrates on fulfilling the requirements of consulting engineers and facility managers to develop their specific design criteria and project expectations. Using its years of expertise and vast product knowledge, the company is able to successfully guide clients to find the best solutions for their individual purposes. A recent project involved designing the exhaust system for a New York based pharmaceutical company. The team was able to select the equipment best suited to the client’s criteria while maintaining strict budget restrictions and operating costs. Between the fan’s operating points and equipment power usage, M.K. Plastics were able to find a balance and provide the most energy-efficient solution to successfully complete the project. The company differentiates itself from the competition with its use of FRP material. The material has similar corrosion resistance to countless other stainless steel and metal-coated systems but is lower in cost for the company and client and significantly lighter. Unlike thermoplastics, FRP has a highly crosslinked molecular structure. The material has a flexural, high impact strength, and temperature performance twice that of most thermoplastics. FRP materials are low-maintenance and exceptionally durable. As it is impervious to moisture, fungus, and bacterial growth, the result is a much longer service life. Laboratory and wastewater markets are becoming a greater focus in the market, with highquality, long-life products now in high demand. M.K. Plastics is proud of its commitment to continuous research and development. The company has recently designed speciality exhaust fan assemblies for wastewater treatment wet well applications. M.K. Plastics remains devoted to providing the highest-quality corrosion-resistant fans and systems in the industry. The business will continue to supply innovative technology solutions and highly skilled application engineering to fulfil every client’s individual requirements. For its revolutionary work and continued research into new technologies, M.K. Plastics has received our award for this year’s Air Technology Manufacturer – Canada. Contact: Douglas Ross Company: M.K. BUILD Q4 2023 History of Salini Salini’s recent history began in 2005 when a large production complex was launched for the manufacture of elite sanitaryware made of cast stone. At that time, it was a promising but not the most popular material for the manufacture of washbasins and bathtubs. The brand had to explain to customers how its products were better than bathtubs and washbasins made of cast iron, faience, and acrylic. This was a challenge, and Salini coped with it: the company managed to gain a foothold in the market and become one of the top three bathtub manufacturers in a number of countries. Attention to global trends and concern for the end-user helped Salini to gain a leading position. In 2019, it developed two types of composite materials — S-Sense and S-Stone, which enhances its product offering. At the same time, it did not forget about design, which is becoming more and more demanding year after year. As a result, in 2023, the company won two prestigious awards — the BUILD Architecture Best Sanitary Ware Manufacturer 2023 - Italy Salini has been in the premium sanitaryware market for 18 years. Cooperation with European designers, work with partners around the world, increased attention to quality, use of modern technologies, and safe materials allowed the manufacturer to become one of the leaders in its segment. The company keeps up with the times and does everything to satisfy the most demanding of customers, and in 2023, experts appreciated this too, with Salini receiving two prestigious awards at once – including its success within the Architecture Awards 2023. Award as best sanitaryware manufacturer and the Red Dot Award for the best product design. Products When Salini entered the market almost two decades ago, it offered five types of bathtub and ten types of washbasin. Now, the company offers more than 900 items. The basis of the assortment are bathtubs: freestanding, built-in, corner (wall-mounted). The products are designed for both standard bathrooms and individual projects: you can choose matte and glossy bathtubs with the size from 1,500 to 2,000 mm. In spite of the industrial production, customers are offered adaptation to design projects. For example, freestanding bathtubs are made to be connected to the floor, but they can be equipped with a hole for an outlet to the wall. The bathroom design does not end with the bathtub, so the Salini range includes washbasins of different shapes and sizes, as well as trays and enclosures for shower cabins, worktops (including constructors), and

13 bidets. The brand has also taken care of accessories: there are even soap dishes and brush cups in the assortment. In the near future, Salini will also have mixers. Another pride of Salini products is the wide range of colours. Customers have a choice of 216 colours from the RAL Classic palette. In 1927, the RAL Institute (Germany) developed a colour standard for paint and varnish products. Nowadays, RAL Classic is the most popular palette for manufacturers who colour their products. Clients Salini’s main clients are wholesalers, sanitaryware showrooms, design and architectural bureaus, and private customers. The brand’s bathtubs and washbasins can be seen on the pages of prestigious interior design and architectural magazines. Now, it is discussing cooperation with developers who build premium segment flats and apartments. Salini has a special offer for them — the development of a unique product created to the needs of the client. At the same time, the production capacity of 5,000 square metres allows the company to work with large clients and fulfil large orders. Materials When Salini started working with artificial stone, it faced a number of disadvantages: high price, high weight, and low temperature resistance compared to acrylic bathtubs and faience washbasins. Fortunately, technology does not stand still. It was possible to solve some of the problems thanks to its own development and creation of original materials. This is how S-Stone and S-Sense composites were created. S-Stone is made of natural minerals and dyes made of natural pigments mixed with resins. In the production of this material, the advanced Solid Surface technology is used, thanks to which the structure of the products is completely homogeneous and additional coating isn’t needed. S-Sense is a material based on a mixture of marble chips and high quality polyester resin. The technology provides a decorative and protective coating of the products with premium gelcoat. In Salini products, the thickness of the gelcoat is greater than that of similar manufacturers, which prolongs the life of the product. If we talk about the differences between the two materials, the main difference is the possibility of producing sanitaryware made of S-Sense with a glossy texture, while S-Stone is available only in a matte version. At the same time, both composites are characterised by durability and impact resistance: being resistant to damage, temperature fluctuations, and corrosion, artificial stone will last for decades. Despite their artificial nature, all materials are eco-friendly: they are safe and do not emit harmful fumes. The sanitaryware is easy to care for, as S-Stone and S-Sense products are easy to clean and do not absorb odours or require special care. The bathtubs also heat up quickly and are pleasant to the touch. Brilliant 2023 The year 2023 was a year of recognition among experts. The first award received this year was the Red Dot Award in the Product Design category for the Luce range, consisting of a washbasin and a freestanding bathtub. Their appearance was designed by the designer and art director of Salini, Mike Shilov. The name of the collection translates as “light”. With this name, the creators wanted to emphasise the soaring design of the bathtub and washbasin, creating a sense of calm and serenity in the space. The idea was also appreciated by the Red Dot Award jury. They noted “the lightness of the shapes and the well thought-out proportions of the bathtub, which, with its relatively small size (only 170 cm), comfortably accommodates two people”. Also a pleasant surprise for the company was its success within the BUILD Architecture Awards, being named Best Sanitaryware Manufacturer – Italy”. The expert recognition confirmed that the brand is moving in the right direction. Mike Shilov Architectural and Product Designer Mike has studied and practised in the UK, Russia, and Japan, which has given him international experience and a global vision for design. His interiors are perfectly balanced, combining contemporary lifestyle with understated luxury. Mike’s works include furniture, textiles and sanitaryware. He collaborates with companies such as Arte Veneziana, Minotti Collezioni, Prianera, and Cisal. Mike is the winner of a number of international design competitions and has repeatedly been named within the “Top 100 Designers” list by Architectural Digest magazine. In 2016, the apartment interiors designed by Mike for Milan’s Bosco Verticale skyscraper were recognised as one of the ten best projects of the year by AD magazine. In addition to his main work, Shilov maintains a popular design blog and gives master classes in Europe. Collections One of Salini’s striking collections is Ninfea, which consists of a freestanding bathtub, a vessel washbasin, and a floor-standing basin. When the range was at the conception stage, the company imagined something fresh in the world of sanitaryware design. Salini wanted a bathtub that would surprise with its brightness and unconventionality, but would also fit perfectly into the bathroom space. For this task, it turned to the outstanding Italian designer, Maurizio Manzoni, whose design bureau is located in Florence. According to Salini representatives, they were attracted not only by his extensive experience in working with interiors, but also by his openness and desire to do something new and original. They made the right choice: it was a collaboration that resulted in the Ninfea collection. The design of the collection is based on the image of a waterlily. The bathtub and washbasin seem to float above the water like a flower. The floating effect is enhanced by an insert made of the unique S-Shine material, made of transparent or coloured epoxy resin. Salini continued its experimentation with design and ergonomics with the new Cascata collection. Despite its minimalistic and unusual appearance, the geometry of the bathtub is designed to relieve tension in the back muscles. In the near future, the Aria and Oriente ranges will be launched, which the company positions not just as comfortable sanitaryware, but as potential trendsetters. Plans This year, the company launched the production of bathroom furniture in test mode. The development of this area will be one of the priority tasks for the coming years. Salini listens to the needs of its customers, so its goal is to expand the range so that the bathroom can be fully equipped with the brand’s products. Salini also plans to expand to the east: its products will soon be available in the UAE. In addition, sales will begin in Armenia, Georgia, and Kazakhstan. Strengthening of positions is also planned in Europe: in the coming years, the brand will be seen at prestigious design exhibitions in Italy. BUILD Q4 2023 14 In 1974, Eurocell was established under a different name as a plastics extrusion business. Over the next several decades, it would go on to attain both organic growth and expansion by acquisition, resulting in its significant transformation. First, in 1988, the group underwent a management buyout, which led to the launch of its first brand of building products in 1991. A decade later, in 1998, a 75% stake in the company was acquired by Tessenderlo Holdings, part of a larger manufacturer and distributor of chemicals, plastics, and gelatines. The remaining 25% was acquired by the same entity in 2003. Under the ownership of Tessenderlo, Eurocell went on to successfully acquire and integrate a multitude of complementary businesses, including Brunel Plastics in 2006, then Peninsula Plastics, Plastmo Profiles, and Cavalok Building Products in 2008. Moreover, in 2009, Eurocell acquired the Deeplas brand as well as Merritt Plastics, a post-consumer PVC-U recycling and extrusion company. In the wake of this acquisition, the group invested approximately £3 million in a new recycling facility, aiming to boost the supply of recycled materials from waste PCV-U window frames to its extrusion facilities. This would decrease the cost of materials and increase production flexibility. In 2013, Eurocell was acquired from the Tessenderlo Group by the H2 Fund, enabling it to operate as an independent business. In March 2015, it was successfully listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Today, Eurocell operates through two divisions, which define the key routes to market for its range of products. These are the Profiles division and the Building Plastics division. Firstly, Eurocell’s Profiles division works to manufacture extruded rigid PVC profiles and foam PVC products. In this, the group uses virgin PVC compound, the largest component of which is resin. The group’s rigid products also include recycled PVC compound, produced at its market-leading recycling facilities. Eurocell offers its rigid PVC profiles to a national network of third-party fabricators, who produce windows, trims, cavity closer systems, patio doors, and conservatories for their customers. Generally, fabricators come under one of four different categories, defined by their customer base. Trade frame fabricators supply to tradesmen or small retail outlets, new build fabricators supply to housebuilders, commercial fabricators supply to customers with office spaces and educational facilities, and retail fabricators sell through their own retail operations. Typically, fabricators work from production facilities that are customised to the window or door system they make. This means that they are likely to purchase their profiles from a single supplier, enabling Eurocell to build a loyal client base with stable repeat business. Eurocell’s Profiles division also creates branded foam PVC products that are used for roofline. Furthermore, thanks to its acquisition of S&S Plastics, Vista, and Ecoplas, the group’s Profiles Headquartered in Alfreton, Derbyshire, Eurocell plc is the UK’s leading manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of PVC-U window, door, conservatory, and roofline systems. The group offers the widest product range of any single brand, has an impressive annual turnover of £380 million, and employs more than 1,900 people throughout the country. For its continued excellence, Eurocell has been awarded Best PVC-U Manufacturer & Recycler, UK, in the Design & Build Awards 2023. division is able to supply plastic injection moulded products and services, offer a range of composite and PVC entrance doors, and recycle PVC windows. Eurocell’s Building Plastics division is focused on distributing its foam PVC roofline products and Vista doors, as well as a range of ancillary products, including sealants, tools, and windows made by third parties using products manufactured by the Profiles division. These offerings are distributed through a network of installers, small and independent builders, house builders, and nationwide maintenance companies. It also provides roofline products to independent wholesalers. For Eurocell, sustainability is truly a priority. The group boasts the UK’s largest PVC-U recycling operation, with a closed-loop recycling system in which waste is collected, reprocessed, and used to create new products. In 2022, it is proud to have used 16,700 tonnes of recycled PVC-U in its operations. Furthermore, almost a third of its manufactured products now include recycled materials, which is an impressive accomplishment. For this reason, it is no surprise that Eurocell plc has been awarded Best PVC-U Manufacturer & Recycler, UK, in the Design & Build Awards 2023. We are delighted to congratulate the group on this achievement and wish it the best of luck in the years to come.
