About Transit X

Transit X develops public transit podways with the capacity and convenience to replace roadways and railways without government funding. A podway is a micro-guideway with solar-powered pods that are sustainable and resilient — transforming cities and suburbs to be green and walkable. The pods were first demonstrated in 2018 and privately-financed projects have started in Africa, Asia, and United States with the first system starting operations in 2021. Podways can eliminate "roads disease" including problems with congestion, crashes, parking, pollution, and green-house gases.
