The Society of Construction Law is a national organisation in Australia. The activities of the Society are carried out in all major capital cities throughout Australia. The key objective of the Society is to promote to promote the education, study and research (and publication of the results of such research) in the field of construction law in Australia and overseas for the benefit of the public and the construction industry.

The Society also makes regular Submissions to Government in relation to legislative matters relating to the construction industry.
