Welcome to the Q4 issue of BUILD Magazine. As always, we endeavour to be your source for all the latest news and features from across the global construction and property industries.

We made it. We’re almost at the end of 2020 – a year that can thoroughly be described as ‘one to remember’. For many, this year has been strange. It’s been a year defined by uncertainty, challenges. Lock-ins, shutdowns…disruption. In every way. Normal has been turned on its head, and we’ve been scrambling to pick up anything familiar as a stop gap.

Managing a business in all of this has been a Sisyphean task. Though challenges occur every year, every month, every day, they rarely cause widespread global disruption. Where even authorities are on the back foot and adapting to the latest iterations of best practice. It’s important for us, at the end of this strange year, to look back and be proud of the smallest of achievements. Because achievements were made and are still being made. And that, with all things considered, is a remarkable thing indeed. Wherever you are, and whatever you’ve achieved this year – whatever that may be – be proud of that.

Other than that, we hope you all stay safe and well.

The team here at BUILD magazine sincerely hope that you enjoy reading this issue. We’ll see you in a couple of months. Have a wonderful end to 2020.
