Designed by the renowned Chicago-based architecture studio Goettsch Partners, with the team at Epstein acting as the local architectural partner, Mennica Legacy Tower combines good design practice with bold new ideas. The use of glass acts both as barriers and as a welcoming space in which people want to work. The use of modern building materials and techniques, alongside state-of-the-art developments has been invaluable to the success of the project. The comfort of those who work in this building day in and day out has always been a priority. - Whilst remaining visually stunning, no compromise has ever been made when it comes to ensuring practical use of this soon-to-be iconic tower. Attention to detail was a priority throughout the development of the project and the result is a project which is appealing in every respect. The first step into the lobby almost defines the experience, with gorgeous stone cladding and a breath-taking façade in the form of a pane of glass suspended on steel ropes. Truly, there is nothing quite like this anywhere in Poland, and very little to compare it to throughout the rest of the world.
