RJHArchitecture’s Managing Director, Richard James Hastings feels the company understood that modern technology should be part of the everyday, with video conferencing technology saving multiple members of the design teams’ hours in travel time, and 3D/CGI presentations facilitating distance review/ sign-off processes from their clients. Ultimately, RJHArchitecture is excited by what the ‘modern workplace’ will look like as this will undoubtedly be different to pre-pandemic. Looking towards the future, RJHArchitecture will continue to develop and improve its processes, design rigor and overall client experience, which has led it to working on over four façade retentions with full demolition, basement extensions and re-build projects, which are incredibly exciting given the complex site natures of Central London Boroughs. Also, RJHArchitecture is currently working on a stunning Kensington High Street Penthouse which is utilising some of the most intricate, unusual and signature design pieces that the company has worked on to date – I cannot wait to reveal this project in full by next summer!
