Fiona Paré, the director of Queensdale, told us more about this property membership platform. Residential Design & Renovation Sector Disruptor of the Year 2026 – UK Contact Details: Contact: Fiona Paré Company: Queensdale Residential Ltd Web Address: https://www.queensdale.co.uk/ For decades, homeowners have often felt they had to choose between employing expensive full-service professionals or navigating a home renovation on their own. Queensdale was founded to help clients navigate this process with expert guidance and support. Its home renovation membership and property platform has been designed to offer homeowners an innovative, transparent and empowering approach to renovation, development and procurement. This entirely new industry proposition sits intelligently between property development and interior design, combining expert guidance, access to a trusted network of more than 400 suppliers and professionals and exclusive trade pricing. Members also gain access to trusted professionals, clear frameworks, and the expertise they need to simplify complex renovation decisions. Together, this helps members navigate what can otherwise be a fragmented and complex process with greater clarity and confidence. Queensdale’s membership model has been shaped by years of hands-on property development experience, meaning every recommendation is relevant, practical, and grounded in real-world understanding. Fiona explained: “Queensdale offers a human approach by combining expertise, flexibility, and community to deliver a more empowering way to design and renovate a home.” Glowing recommendations and referrals have seen Queensdale grow from its base in London to cover much of England, becoming increasingly recognised within the property landscape. That growth remains rooted in Queensdale’s values: championing flexible working, supporting independent craftspeople, donating 1% of profits to Words Matter and creating a community in which members can learn from one another. Queensdale’s growth stems from the belief that great homes are built on great relationships. “We believe the best collaboration comes from long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and a shared vision.” Queensdale successfully challenges traditional models by making quality knowledge, connections, and processes both accessible and transparent, enabling its members to create considered and lasting homes that reflect who they are and how they want to live. The launch of its property membership platform marked a significant milestone in Queensdale’s journey as an industry disruptor. As a self-funded business, one of the greatest challenges was developing and launching an entirely new membership model while continuing to deliver complex live projects for clients. During the same period, the team completed a complex façade-retention new build with a basement extension, including working with HMRC to finalise the VAT treatment which contributed to a £400,000 saving for the client. Crucially, Queensdale has not simply translated its expertise into a digital platform. Its membership model enables the team to remain alongside members throughout their property journey, providing bespoke, human support whenever it is needed. Fiona added: “Every recommendation, introduction, and piece of advice is tailored to the individual member, ensuring they feel understood, supported and confident at every stage.” 2026 has seen membership continue to grow across the UK, with Queensdale also developing its platform and expanding its community of design-led homeowners. This year will also see the launch of What Makes a Home? a multi-year cultural platform exploring the different dimensions of home through a blend of photography, interviews, and in-depth commentary. It reflects Queensdale’s belief that creating a home is about more than design alone, exploring the emotional, social and cultural dimensions of the spaces in which we live. Ultimately, Queensdale is about more than design and renovation. It is about giving homeowners the confidence, expertise and connections they need to make better decisions and, ultimately, create homes that truly reflect who they are and how they want to live.
