With impressive finishes and resort quality amenities, these apartments make it possible to live beyond your expectations for a vibrant new lifestyle. “This was a very unique and challenging project,” Angelica explains. “There were issues surrounding getting density to work and also to comply with zoning, building, and life safety codes on a very small site.” The prior two architects the clients used could not meet the density or program required to make the project feasible. Investwell came to the rescue and was able to fit 292 units onto the site when others had only put in for 150 units. Recently, as recognition for its hard work, dedication to its clients, and female-led business approach, the firm was named Best Woman-Owned Architecture Firm 2023 – Texas in the BUILD Architecture Awards. Understandably delighted with this prestigious accolade, Angelica lets us in on the firm’s plans for the future, and it seems that growth is very much on the cards. “We are planning to expand our offering to include interior design services with the architectural turnkey approach,” she states. “We should do outside and inside together for cohesive design and streamlined approach with clients. This will save time and money as the language of aesthetics is both functional and beautiful on the interior and exterior. “Furthermore, we’re also excited about looking at opportunities in different typologies of projects. Architecture is architecture and is universal across building types.
