Real Estate and Property Awards 2026

Real Estate and Property Awards 2026 Traditional property investment often requires investors to manage relationships across the entire journey. With the client responsible for keeping everyone aligned, from advisors to builders to accountants, information becomes fragmented and inefficient. Looking to change this, Reventon is an Australian firm on a mission to educate, support and partner with clients so they can make smart property decisions and achieve financial independence. Its multidisciplinary model brings together property, finance, accounting, financial planning, and property management into one integrated ecosystem. Best End-toEnd Property Investment Firm 2026 – Australia Company: Reventon Email: [email protected] Phone: 1300 039 376 Web Address: www.reventon.com.au From humble beginnings at a desk in Founder Chris Christofi’s parents’ study, Reventon has grown into an integrated property and financial services business empowering Australians to create, build, and protect their wealth. Specialising in property investment and long-term wealth creation, the firm boasts particular expertise in helping clients purchase and manage investment properties across Australia. This is an approach that has been shaped by more than two decades of experience, alongside Chris’s own journey as a property investor. Chris began investing in real estate in 2000 and built an impressive property portfolio before experiencing significant financial hardship. Rather than giving up, Chris became determined to provide Australians with the education, strategy, and support required to make informed financial decisions. Reventon was born from this vision in 2005. Over time, Reventon recognised that finding the right investment property was only one part of the challenge; clients also needed help with finance, contracts, construction, settlement, taxation, financial planning, and eventually managing the completed asset. This led the team to develop an increasingly integrated model, allowing clients to access specialist expertise in property investment, finance, buyers’ advocacy, accounting, financial planning, and property management through one connected journey. When working with Reventon, a client purchasing a new investment property can receive support from their initial strategy and finance assessment through to property selection, contracts, construction, settlement, and ongoing property management. They are joined by a dedicated Client Experience Manager who plays a major role in this process, providing continuity through the investment journey, coordinating key stakeholders, and keeping clients informed through proactive calls and regular updates. Reventon has driven the continued evolution of its end-to-end service through a major company-wide integration of HubSpot. Rather than implementing the technology for its own sake, it aimed to connect the information and teams involved in a client’s journey. Bringing together information spanning areas including property, sales, finance, client experience, and property management, this HubSpot integration creates greater visibility across departments and helps teams to understand exactly where each client is in their journey. Within Client Experience, Reventon has also introduced automations around administrative and workflow tasks. Rather than seeking to replace human interaction, these new developments have been put in place to provide Client Experience Managers with more time to speak directly with their clients, provide proactive updates, and make regular contact throughout the journey. This support becomes particularly valuable during the process of completing a new build. Reventon’s Client Experience team monitors key milestones from contracts and finance through construction, practical completion, and handover. Clients receive regular communication and calls, whilst the team liaises with the relevant parties behind the scenes. The experience is further strengthened by Reventon’s national property management strategy, aiming to streamline the transition from property purchase and construction into ongoing management. These property management teams specialise in new homes, and possess specialist knowledge in practical completion, defects, builder warranties, and handover. With Reventon, clients benefit from a manager who understands the asset from its earliest stages, and can work back through the broader Reventon network when an issue arises. The remainder of 2026 is focused on deepening the end-to-end experience, with a key priority being the continued expansion of the Reventon property management network. Reventon Residential already operates in Victoria, supported by joint ventures in Queensland and South Australia, each a market where the firm also sells property. Now, work is underway to extend this capability into Western Australia. This is a natural progression of Reventon’s national property investment offering. If Reventon helps a client acquire an interstate investment property, the aim is to make the transition into property management as simple as possible, while ensuring their property manager understands the particular requirements of a newly completed home. To date, Reventon has helped more than 12,000 clients, sold over 3,750 homes, generated more than $3.72 billion in combined property sales and finance settlements, and now has more than $1.01 billion under management. It has also been Great Place To Work® Certified for three consecutive years and today boasts 900+ five-star reviews on Google. Reventon and Chris then both try and give a lot back, having raised and donated approximately $2.5 million to date, including the $1,396,722 raised for Vinnies since 2018. The firm is now entering its next stage of growth from a strong foundation, its sights set on scaling without ever losing the performance, innovation, client experience, and personal touch that makes Reventon Australia’s Best End-to-End Property Investment Firm 2026.
