Originally starting off as a labour-only provider, with a couple of contract on the go, Advanced NI Scaffolding has grown rapidly to now operate across Ireland and the UK. This expansion is largely due to the strong emphasis that the company, backed by ambitious Managing Director Andrew Roberts, places on staff development and progression. It has even launched its own RoSPCA-approved training programme, with online training modules to ensure that all staff are completely up to date with currently industry requirements and regulations, and to increase their skills base further. Following their success in BUILD’s Build Awards where they were recognised as the Excellence in Scaffolding – Ireland, we profiled the firm to discover more about the extraordinary services they provide to their clients.
