The result was a harmonious integration of old and new, with a modern interpretation of the context and a porous façade connecting the floor lobbies and a garden patio, creating a dynamic and inviting space. One ongoing project in Ramat Gan exemplifies this challenge. A 13-apartment building is slated for demolition to be replaced by a new structure housing 38 apartments.
