Since opening their doors, the team have worked with some renowned clients. Recently, they’ve just finished up a project with the people from Truluck’s, an upscale seafood concept with locations throughout the United States. The task was to design and build three locations, but the challenge was to shift the demographics that would visit these hospitality outlets. B. Russo Designs was charged with updating the interior / exterior brand design so that it could move away from the ageing client base to a much younger clientele. It also gives them an insight into the hospitality business that is unparalleled throughout the industry. Bruce was keen to elaborate: “We understand how the chef / kitchen staff works and operates. We understand kitchen flow. We understand server function and how important they are to being the face of the brand throughout the customer’s entire dining experience. We know customer expectations and their demands.” Such awareness of the whole operation is precisely why so many people turn to B. Russo Designs. Such a comprehensive approach has put the team in good stead in such a competitive industry. By taking an approach of partnering with ownership, the team is able to overshadow much of what the competition has to offer. Needless to say, the team has been proud to develop a very streamlined and painless program for ownership, engaging heavily in social media in order to showcase the incredible amount of work that the team has been able to deliver.
