The brief for the 5000sqft river view apartment was to create a luxury home for a client with a family of four. The design style was to highlight luxury through the use of materials and space planning to portray the client’s status. With an entrance foyer, a grand living room with an attached dining area, four large bedrooms, home theatre and even a private terrace, this river view apartment held so much potential for Tanuja and Associates to turn it into a luxury home. Throughout the process, Tanuja noted that her favourite part about working on this project in particular was the creative freedom she was granted to the blank canvas, as as the property was a new build, as she explains. F “We wanted to achieve a sophisticated space with many beautiful pieces of furniture like sofas, console tables, dining table, armchairs and a terrace set up. We were able to perfectly integrate them with subtle textures, beautiful colors and simple soft furnishings, which seamlessly complement the large windows and help to frame the fantastic view of the terrace which overlooks river view with lush green surroundings.” With a number of projects already lined-up going forward, a testament to the service and results the firm effortlessly delivers, Tanuja and Associates is currently working on a Villa in Dubai which is in the conceptual stage of production.
