The new CDM 2015 regulations which came into force in April and now includes all residential projects and is a challenge explaining this to residential clients and tradespersons who work in this sector only. It is important to train and support staff through this transition which we are doing. What business/business person do you most admire and why? Thomas Heatherwick, because his designs are so diverse from the opening ceremony cauldron to the new London Routemaster bus.
