We are generally running several projects at any one time and can face challenges big and small every week. Our vast experience working at RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower show has certainly helped our operational process. All our staff are provided with high quality kit, we provide a fleet of regularly serviced, high spec vans and work to keep our health and safety tip-top.” In line with this, communications between those on site and those in the office is a top priority, as Kate explains. “Our foremen have iPads out onsite to ensure they are receiving all the latest information for the project they are leading and are able to document the development, taking pictures and sending any useful information back to the office. We have also recently launched a partnership scheme whereby every member of staff is a ‘partner’ within Landform, which keeps moral high for all staff.” “Moving forward, we intend to keep learning, growing and evolving as a company. One of the ways in which we are achieving this is through the use of social media. We are working with a PR company to ensure that we are using our social media platforms to their fullest potential.
