However, the most important aspect of our service for our clients is our success rate, as we take on many clients whose homes have been listed with other estate agents for months, or sometimes even years! Currently over 50% of our houses are undergoing a sale – an impressive statistic and more than double the area average of 25%. More importantly the work doesn’t stop there as our dedicated team work with clients and their solicitors to achieve the best possible completion times. This diligence combined with excellent client communication and a straight- forward ethos has put us ahead of our competitors. We firmly believe that any house is saleable at the right price and with the correct approach. As such we never overvalue or undervalue a property and we make an effort to ensure that the house is presented to the market correctly. It is our aim to get the best possible price in a reasonable timeframe. Looking to the future we are always trying to improve on the client experience by making changes to our client service model and our close knit family team enables this. In the longer term we are keen to expand the business and move into new sectors and markets. We are currently growing steadily as a business, and are moving into lettings to compliment the sales.
