The homes include smart 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom designs, fully furnished with features like private pools, yacht-style cabinetry, and energyefficient systems. We partnered exclusively with BrainTrust Bulgaria to ensure seamless representation and delivery.” Meanwhile, Stefan says the team is especially proud of the customer geodome projects, as he says, “in particular, a bespoke geodome being built for a boutique hotel. These aren’t off-the-shelf domes; we’re designing them to blend into existing hotel infrastructure, requiring pinpoint precision in the layout and assembly. Handling geometry with only a few triangles at the base makes structural alignment incredibly complex.
