Dina explains: “The land’s topographical challenges posed a significant hurdle. The land is formed of uneven slopes and irregular contours. Instead of viewing this as an obstacle, we embraced the opportunity to design villas that seamlessly blend with the natural landscape. This enhances both their aesthetic appeal and functionality. The use of local materials throughout the project helped ensure that the villas complement the surrounding environment. It also reduces the carbon footprint.” The villas feature clean lines and open spaces. Large windows offer views of the beautiful surrounding landscapes as well as maximising natural light. Every detail thoughtfully considered, from layout to materials, ensures the project is not only architecturally innovative but also practically suited to specific site conditions. These systems promote energy efficiency and increase comfort and convenience for the building’s occupants.
