Another notable project, currently under construction is a large-scale residential development called Avalon Estate, spread over eight hectares in the Pipera neighbourhood, at the outskirts of Bucharest. The project represents an integrated approach that strives to cater to a new kind of urban living, re-creating a neighbourly W atmosphere through a mix of housing typologies. Regarding the office sector, they are currently involved in a large project situated in the heart of Bucharest on Victory Avenue. The development is called Sector Zero and will comprise two office buildings. The landscape and the public space were designed to increase pedestrian flow and to support the activation of the area through ample green spaces, free areas for outdoor meetings and temporary events, as well as new pedestrian routes, that enable a new connection between Matei Millo and Ion Câmpineanu.
