When discussing the services that the firm offers to their clients, Steven begins by providing us with an overview of the services they offer and how positive referrals play a key role in success of the business. “Here at CCTV South, we work alongside domestic clients in residential homes, commercial clients on bigger scales. For ex- ample, University’s, sports grounds and very remote locations. “The success of our company is based upon our commitment to looking after our customers, spending time with them, delivering all their technical and design needs, as well as our dedicated after care service. C For 25 years, Steven has been a trained electrician, and for 16 years he has been working in the Electrical, Security and CCTV industry. One of the recurring challenges he has had to face, is ensuring that all the certificates for the industry are up to date and comply to the British standard. Looking ahead to what the future holds, Steven signs off by revealing the exciting plans which lie in the pipeline for the firm, especially following their success in the Design & Build Awards where they were righteously awarded the accolade Leading CCTV & Electrical Experts 2019. “Moving forward, we have some exciting plans for 2019. The main one being that CCTV South is expanding. As such, we will be one of the few companies certified to install Electrical vehicle charging points around the country, residential homes, commercial properties and Marinas. “In addition to expansion, we hope to invest in new staff, offering training to young adults who wish to get involved in the electrical & security business.
