The finished property demonstrates the skill and elegance of a Marlin Design solution, with what was a first floor a one- bedroom flat, with a derelict ground floor, into a smart three bedroom double bay fronted Georgian home, with high quality finishes throughout. The success of the project comes from the way in which this home has now been brought into line with the other properties in the street.
