To tackle this issue, RBDS is currently working on a multi-family project in the Bay Area where they are looking into prefabricated construction. The prefabrication industry has gone through a number of major developments over the years. As a result, they are able to provide and build custom designed units faster, more affordably and of better quality than on-site construction.
