Among the firm’s latest projects was a $7 Million remodel and extension of a 20-year-old residence in Aspen. Given the project’ setting, it was a challenge from a land use standpoint to get any additional area approved. Thanks to KA DesignWorks’ strong understanding of the local land use code the team were able to navigate the project through the design and approval process. In the end, the team achieved everything and more that they were hoping to get out of the design program, and look forward to seeing this project through construction.
