Our step by step processes generally include a project requirement definition, design drawing management, development of a project management plan, analysis of delivery method, implementation stage management and project commissioning.” Recently, MAR&MOR Engineering concluded the Cornerstone Tower Project in Lagos, Nigeria. However, despite completing the project, the team encountered challenges along the way as Gboyega explains further. “One of the obstacles we had to overcome during this project was forex fluctuation, but we were able to manage this within the project, and even delivered the project within the stipulated project timeline and budget. “As a company, we are particularly proud of the fact that this project is LEED certified. Having overtaken East Africa by attracting 23% of total investments in African projects, with a value of almost $75 billion, opportunities in the West African construction industries are in the spotlight. Construction accounts for 16% of the total GDP in Africa’s largest economy, Nigeria, West Africa’s economic epicentre.” Finally, Gboyega comments on the future of MAR&MOR Engineering as we look ahead to the new year. “In the years to come, MAR&MOR will grow to be the leader in the M.E.P.F services industry in Nigeria and transform the West Africa region by 2021.
