BUILD Construction and Engineering Awards 2025 The Technical University of Sofia is Bulgaria’s oldest and largest technical higher education institution, shaping the engineering and technological landscape of the country since its foundation. From the very beginning, TU – Sofia has set the standards in engineering education, science, and innovation. It has played a key role in the creation of most other technical universities across Bulgaria, and remains the national benchmark for accreditation, consistently earning the highest national scores.
