Joanne shares an insight into the services the firm has to offer and how it works to ensure that clients enjoy a stress-free experience. “Convert Your Garage offers a unique service from design and planning all the way through to painting and decorating. Our conversion experience includes traditional solutions such as bathrooms, bedrooms and offices through to dog grooming salons, gyms and playrooms. We take care of all the paperwork including building regulations and any areas of planning that may be required. “When working on a new approach a project, our approach is to take care of the fully completed project from start to finish for our customers removing the stress from them and to take care of the whole process from start to finish. Customers will phone or email our office for an initial quotation and we will book them in for me to visit for a free quotation in the time and day convenient to them. In the meantime, our office will send out a brochure and information pack in the post and then Jim visits and provides ideas and advice to their specific needs. When we have provided a quote and been selected, we then provide optional start dates and email them over and then send out a confirmation email.
