The height is divided into three different finish surfaces, starting with an upper pool and spa, then steps down to a sixty-five foot lap pool, and finally transitions to a swim-up bar with a pool shelf. MSA has also worked with the house architecture and extended a deck that runs over the top of the pool, which then terminates with a solid roof view pavilion.
