He also has a careful and considered plan for approaching new projects, and ensuring that the client behind the project has everything they need from their new design. Once the design has been completed, then comes the exciting construction phase where clients can see their dream properties being brought to life before their very eyes. Each different facet of society requires something architecturally different to the others. For example, when considering a design for a house, Mr Hamada ensures that his firm pursues the best possible balance of light, wind, privacy, and crime prevention, which culminates in a perfectly comfortable home that people want to live in. Once the client has decided on a rough design, Mr Hamada and his team move A on to more detailed design. This includes detailed discussions around the dimensions of rooms and aisles, materials for floors and walls, colour schemes, furniture choices, and so much more. Finally, once everything has been arranged with the government and other administrative bodies, the construction can begin. Construction made be underway and the work of Hamada Design could well be at an end, but Mr Hamada wants to ensure that the client is totally satisfied with every stage of the process, right down to the tiniest detail. His team will check on behalf of the client from time to time, to see if the contractor is performing proper construction that is based on the drawings submitted by Hamada Design. After clearing inspections and various quality checks, the finished property is then handed over to the client. During this handover, Hamada Designs will check the operation of various equipment, and explain how to use it. In the unlikely event that a problem is found during the regular inspection after that handover, Hamada Designs also arrange for a contractor to improve it promptly.
