CGTWORKS started with a simple dream: to combine architecture, interior design and construction in a single company, to act as a turn key service for those wanting a complete project manager for their property, whether this is for a private residential, refurbishment or a big commercial project. This system gives us an incredible flexibility offering to our clients the possibility to choose between the full integrated service or benefit from our separate services if this is what they require. CGTWORK’S projects stretch form private residential refurbishment to big commercial projects, working together with developers, architects, building companies or private clients. Chesterton road project was a perfect example for this innovative approach; this was a refurbishment for a two-floor apartment in Notting Hill. We redesigned the first floor with an open space layout and two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom at the second floor. During the entire process, we discussed and reviewed the project between architects, designers and builders all in house, ensuring that the design would reflect the construction and vice versa. This original method resulted in a perfect execution of the work without compromising the design during the construction phase. From the big concrete shelves, casted on site with integrated LED lights to the concrete resin or bespoke furniture, all the details were just as the client required. AR170126
