I work hard to tailor my services to meet my clients’ needs and ensure they have the best possible experience when working with me. A big advantage that I have is that my wife owns a technology training company that works with a number of other real estate firms so I operate as a testing centre for new software before she rolls it out to the wider industry. As such I am ahead of many of my competitors with regards to technology. This plays a key part in our work as getting properties noticed is vital, and therefore the internet is big benefit for sellers. We use our resources and strong social media department to get buyers interested. Additionally we are able to target our social media posts at those users we believe would be potential buyers, ensuring those who are most likely to respond to an advert are exposed to it. Being technologically advanced is a key part of my success in this competitive real estate market, but my strong background in the industry has also helped immensely. I have a varied experience, having previously studied design and architecture at University and worked in the construction industry and as a firefighter. All of this provides me with the experience to look at a property and immediately make an initial assessment. Whilst we always use licensed inspectors to conduct surveys on properties, it is an advantage to be able to make a judgement straight away, which is why my understanding of the construction industry is so helpful.
