Women in BUILD Awards 2016

Build 2016 Women in Build Awards 24 Recognised Leader in Corporate Workspace Architecture - Ontario WB16019 ver the past 30 years, Kearns Mancini has been a leader in recognizing the essential relationship between the evolving challenges in business today and the rapidly changing workforces that must rise to meet those challenges to ensure enterprise excellence. A fundamental part of the DNA of the firm is its knowledge as to how to drive good design in such a way that leverages human potential to contribute to strategic success while at the same time improving human wellness and effectiveness. To make this happen, a collaborative engagement with our clients, throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, fosters an intimate understanding of how their business and human potential can interact and how that can inform the design of their new environments. From the outset of a project, our clients’ goals, their brand strategy and its expression, their work patterns and needs form the foundation of a successful design. Donna is an associate of Kearns Mancini Architects. Her early years’ experience in supportive and seniors housing has evolved into a deep understanding as to how good design can liberate human potential. Since then she has successfully applied that unique thinking to the world of retail banking, government and corporate workplaces for clients across Canada.
